Job Description 

Minimum 1 implementation end to end on Employee Central and should have worked on support projects as well.

Should be certified in Employee Central.

Experience in Implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center

Provide second-level support to HR and end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.

Should be able to create and configure Resolver groups, Business roles, Ticket routing rules, SLA's, Service Categories, Holiday Calendars, Surveys, Customized
