Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Order to Cash process from order receipt to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.
  
• Process invoices, bills, and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
  
• Resolve disputes related to orders, invoices, or payments through effective communication with customers.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other departments such as Sales, Production, Logistics, etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports on OTC performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing, Bills Receivable, Cash Allocation, Dispute Management, Invoice Billing, Order To Cash (OTC), or similar roles.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
