Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
  
• Conduct regular physical counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  
• Maintain accurate financial records, including sales data and cash handling.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail store operations.
  
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash accounts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in retail store accounting or a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in using accounting software for recording transactions accurately.
