Job Title:  Project Manager - Artwork Management Solution Replacement .

Reports to: TBC: Digital Solutions Director or Artwork Process Manager

Main Job Purpose: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the replacement of Client's artwork management solution. This role ensures that the new solution aligns with the other pillars of the Marketing Hub, specifically the product data and artwork modules. The Project Manager will create detailed project plans and hold both Client and Esko accountable for the delivery timeline. Additionally, the resource will ideally add industry insight around artwork management solutions, with a preference for experience with Esko WebCenter. As part of the project, the IT support will be transferred to a new department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of the new artwork management solution.
• Ensure alignment of the new solution with the Marketing Hub's product data and artwork modules.
• Collaborate with Clients Process Manager, who has full working knowledge of the existing solution and process, and the Esko project lead on a day-to-day basis.
• Hold both Client and Esko accountable for meeting project milestones and deadlines.
• Manage dual running applications during the transition period to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Ensure the implementation considers automation.
• Escalate issues and roadblocks to the Digital Solutions Director as needed.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management of complex IT projects.
• Extensive working knowledge of Esko WebCenter solution is ideal. Knowledge of the content management and automation modules would be an advantage.
• Expertise in change management for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Ideally, experience in implementing for a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple third parties.
• Experience in managing remote teams.
