Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline processes and tasks.
Ensure security best practices are implemented across Windows environments.
Work with cloud services AWS for deploying and managing Windows applications in the cloud.
Provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to Windows-based systems and deployments.

In CG if you are right project you will get promotion on time and good appraisal as well. There are some projects where people are stuck on same profile with no promotion for more than 5 years also.
- Skill development - Good
Annual appraisal from last 4 years were not good. This is something CG need to take care. Bcoz if people won't be satisfied and happy company can't grow. Apart from this work culture is good and CG always promote Skills development to their employees.
