The Opportunity
Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to play a key role of GCC Sales Lead. This person will be main DRIVERS with the following key responsibilities for this role.
Will drive growth within existing GIC accounts by farming the allocated set of accounts. Must have experience in Key Account Management in Captives / GICs / GCCs.
Should have very strong Account Management expertise in mining existing accounts and acquire fresh business from existing and new accounts. Track record of developing and closing large engagements and managing multi-million dollar GIC accounts. Develop strong, long term, revenue-producing relationships with the customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Understanding customers specific IT / business pain points and applying solution knowledge to address those pain points.
Establish strong, long-term client relationships. Communicate with clients on a regular basis and responding to specific queries, Develop and execute a Governance framework for the account.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs. Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
Manage a team of account managers and drive growth in a set of accounts.
The candidate should have a growth and builder mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).
The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.
Additional Responsibilities Include :
Developing a set of go-to-market assets
Responsible for pre-sales & Account Management
Ensuring sales and delivery readiness; evangelize and train business developers and account executives on Digital Manufacturing and key offers
Creating market demand
Guide and support account/local practices teams in Digital Manufacturing iconic deals qualification and solutioning (pre-sales/delivery)
Exposure to large-scale customer platforms deals/engagements with multinational clients in the market; lead conversations with clients CxOs/VPs of Digital Manufacturing regarding platforms architecture and technology
Our IdealCandidate
They will have 15-25 years of experience in presales and account managements with a strong track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelors degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
Key qualifications include:
GCC Sales - farming(80-60%), hunting(20-40%),
Will be managed 5-6 accounts with a lean team of 3-4 direct reports.
Should have done Service consulting, GCC Sales, Solution selling
Responsible for growing the P&L and revenue for GCC accounts.
Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
Ability to roll sleeves
Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit
Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
