Job Description

About The Role : -

CX HTE is a critical customer-facing role and leading customers business outcomes across and maximizing
customer loyalty, satisfaction through Cisco services technical deliverys value proposition. We are seeking a
HTE to work with designated high-demand customers ensuring they receive premium-level technical support
services.

Role & Responsibilities

The HTE delivers the technologies, solutions and services which customers need to expertly manage their
networks.

In this role, you will be "Ciscos face to the customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments.

You need to be a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly
responding to escalated issues.

Builds strong team relationships with other Customer Support Engineers. Enjoys sharing knowledge.

Review and analyze trends and assist in providing quarterly reports detailing corrective action plans
planned for the next quarter.

Review historic customer data to identify trends and enable problem management

Handle multiple customers for aforementioned needs remotely or onsite.

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of IP routing and switching is required

Knowledge of Virtualization technologies.

Knowledge on 3G/4G/5G mobile packet core technologies like LTE, UMTS/CDMA/GSM/WiFi offloading, 5G
Core

Working knowledge of SGSN, MME, GGSN, SGW, PGW, PCF, PCRF, EPDG, SAMOG, AMF, SMF, UPF and
AMF.

Knowledge of various 4G/5G and 4G call flows is a must.

Strong Knowledge of the 3GPP specifications is a must.

Applications such as Policy, IMS & VoLTE OR Experience in design and deployment of Wireless technology
for various business segments.
