Accounting Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Book-keeping, Basic Accounting, Financial documentation, and analytical reporting. Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel for financial analysis and dashboard creation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book Keeping, accounts payable and receivable processes, including Bills/invoice verification, vendor payments, Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize analytical skills to review financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Create Power BI dashboards and leverage Advanced Excel functions for financial reporting and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills for smooth financial operations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Monitor and update financial systems and processes.
• Ensure timely reporting and maintain proper records for audits and compliance.
