Purchase Manager

1) Responsible for procure machine spares (domestic & imported) on effective price within time frame.

2) Monitoring maintenance budget on monthly basis.

3) Clear payment of suppliers as per terms.

4) Arrange all required documents (e-invoice declaration, reconciliation, GST amount clearance) which we needs for business dealing.

5) Review monthly basis on advance payment. Invoice should be book in system within a month.

6) Arrange engineer for trouble shoot machine issues and arrange required things (ticket, hotel, vehicle for pick & drop and lunch) for an engineer.

7) Doing investigation of machine if it has stopped for more than 8 hours because of spares/maintenance/accident case.

8) Clear technical disputes of any machines spare parts by keeping maintenance team & supplier on video call.

9) Involved in local development of imported spare parts of machine.

10) Doing support in case of any work hamper (related to man power & forklift ) in store department.
