SAP PP/QM Consultant - Support & Implementation (7-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and supporting SAP PP and QM solutions for our clients in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP PP/QM Configuration :

- Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules to meet specific business requirements, including production order management, MRP, capacity planning, quality planning, inspections, and quality notifications.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP and QM with other SAP modules (e., SD, MM, FI/CO).

Implementation and Rollout :

- Lead or participate in full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and go-live.

- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process.

Process Optimization :

- Analyze existing manufacturing and quality management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Leverage SAP PP and QM functionalities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Troubleshooting and Support :

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP PP and QM.

- Provide timely and effective support to end-users.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP PP and QM trends and technologies.

- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM configuration and implementation.

- Proven track record of successful SAP PP/QM implementations in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP PP and QM modules, including production order management, MRP, capacity planning, quality planning, inspections, and quality notifications.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
