About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FI Technical Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Lead and manage the technical aspects of SAP FI-CO projects, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support activities.
- Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of SAP FI-CO technical architecture, including ABAP development, interfaces, data migration, and system integrations.
- S/4HANA Expertise : Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules, including New General Ledger Accounting (New GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing Cockpit.
- Integration : Strong experience in integrating SAP FI-CO with other SAP modules such as Project System (PS), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Technical Design : Develop and document technical specifications, design solutions, and perform technical feasibility studies.
- Development & Support : Oversee and guide the development of custom ABAP code, interfaces, and reports.
- Provide technical support to the FI-CO team and end-users.
Required Skills :
- Strong ABAP development skills, including object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI-CO tables, views, and interfaces.
- Experience with SAP HANA database and its performance tuning techniques.
- Strong understanding of SAP BW/4HANA data modeling and integration.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Change Management processes.
Functional Skills :
- Strong understanding of SAP FI-CO business processes, including financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for financial accounting and reporting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations, such as Universal Journal, Financial Closing Cockpit, and Machine Learning.

Secondary Skills (Preferred) :
- Experience with SAP Project System (PS), including Project Costing, Project Result Analysis, and Settlement.
- Knowledge of Product Costing, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Material Ledger.
- Experience with SAP Controlling (CO), including Overhead Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Internal Order Accounting.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP certifications (e., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Finance) are a plus
