Job Location: Peenya industrial area, Bangalore.

JOB type: Fulltime, onsite.

Exp required: 6-8 years.

A minimum 6 years of exp in project management and HR digitalization exp.

Key Responsibilities: Digital HR Transformation Lead.

Collaboration with HR Teams.

- Partner with HR leaders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

- Gather actionable insights to tailor digital solutions to meet specific HR goals effectively.

- Driving Digital Transformation.

- Lead the digitalization of critical HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Design and implement tools optimising workflows, enhancing productivity, and improving employee experiences.

- Opportunity Assessments.

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for digitalisation within HR processes.

- Focus areas include recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations, and LMS/LXP solutions.

- Design and Workshop Facilitation.

- Collaborate with the Digitalization team to design and evaluate HR digital tools.

- Develop clear evaluation criteria through workshops and stakeholder engagements.

- Vendor and Consultant Management.

- Engage with external vendors to identify, standardise, and implement best-in-class HRMS and LMS solutions.

- Ensure smooth integration with existing processes and systems.

Qualifications:.

- Proven experience in HR digitalization or relevant technology-driven roles. ( Onboarding, payroll, HRMS application, Training & Development, etc.

- Strong knowledge of HR technologies, digital tools, and automation solutions.

- Ability to assess HR needs, design tailored digital solutions and manage system implementation.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A strategic thinker with the ability to align digital initiatives with business goals and objectives.
