Role:

1. Driving outsourced programs (behavioural/ functional) by creating right brief, identifying vendor, support in selection of the right vendor, vendor onboarding and contracting; logistics of program management.
2. Driving LinkedIn Learning
3. Budget planning and management for L&D activities.
4. Stakeholder management & reporting.
5. L&D Analytics.
6. Data management for trainings on LMS.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. A self starter with can do attitude and eager to learn.
3. Ability to connect and collaborate with stakeholders.
4. Process orientation and strong result orientation
5. Experience of managing vendors/ outsourcing programs is an added advantage.
