Executive/Senior Executive-People Development and Planning

Role: 1. Driving outsourced programs (behavioral/ functional) by creating right brief, identifying vendor, support in selection of the right vendor, vendor onboarding and contracting; logistics of program management. 2. Driving LinkedIn Learning. 3. Budget planning and management for L&D activities. 4. Stakeholder management & reporting. 5. L&D Analytics. 6. Data management for training on LMS. Skills: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. A self-starter with can do attitude and eager to learn. 3. Ability to connect and collaborate with stakeholders. 4. Process orientation and strong result orientation 5. Experience of managing vendors/ outsourcing programs is an added advantage. Basic competencies are strong execution skills, planning, speed, result orientation, stakeholder management (people orientation, ability to connect, follow up and be assertive when required) and learning orientation.
