Role & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee queries and grievances and providing necessary support.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to ensure continuous employee development and organisational growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date records and practices.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organisational goals and legal requirements.
  • Admin Activities: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Remote Work Tracking: Monitor and manage remote work schedules and productivity for hybrid employees.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum six months in an HR Generalist role or similar.
  • Education: Post graduation in any field with excellent academic background
  • Location: Ahmedabad
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour legislation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
