Factory HR & Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure labor law compliance (ESI, PF) etc. are completed by all the contractors and documents are validated
• Ensure compliance with factory laws, safety protocols, and audits.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and statutory documentation for all the workers, employees and associates
• Support inventory, vendor coordination, and general admin tasks.
• Ensure for the effective Facility management at the factory
• Oversee facility management, security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for transport, canteen, and equipment supplies.
• Maintain records, licenses, and statutory documents.
• Support inventory management and procurement of admin supplies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors with 2-5 years of experience in Administration, HR, Compliances, Employee Management etc.
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
