Production Manager Health Bar Segment

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute production schedules to meet demand and quality standards.
• Monitor and improve processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, FDA).
• Lead and train production teams, ensuring adherence to GMP and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and production reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in food production, preferably health bars or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and production management tools.
