Senior Manager Factory Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

1. Regular & Rigorous Maintenance scheduling & implementation. Scope- process machines, packaging machines, other machines, utilities, solar, electrical panels, fabrication, lifts, HVAC etc.
2. Documentation of preventive maintenance
3. Inventory of spares, define thresholds & reordering spares
4. Coordination with external agencies for Repairs & govt agencies like MSEB, CETP etc.
5. Breakdown Maintenance SLA with operations team
6. Coordination with machine experts for breakdown maintenance
7. Implement preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
8. Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP, GMP, ISO) and workplace safety regulations.
9. Lead and train the maintenance team for efficient operations.
10. Optimize costs, improve efficiency, and manage spare parts inventory.
11. Maintain maintenance records and collaborate with other departments.

1. Planning / layout of new machine or line installation

2. Electrical drawing analysis

3. Oversee physical installation & coordination with all vendors (electrical contractor, civil contractor, machine specialists
