Quality Control Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintaining/Improving BRC certification grade by thorough implementation of standard clauses. Coordinating with consultant for quarterly internal audits.

2. RM checks to be strengthened with advance RM clearance process, dedicated RM check area, standardizing the RM check process etc.

3. Supplier processing facilities, storage facilities, supply chain, cold storage facilities audits and their systematic improvement. Green channeling of vendors. Coordinating with Supply chain team to develop this for newer products/SKUs

4. Evaluation of Pest agency based on the past records and performance. Significantly reducing the pest infestation in both plants.

5. Updating and implementation of Testing calendar according to latest SKUs and their regulatory parameters. Developing rate contracts with reputed laboratories; improving confidence and reducing cost. Test calendar and compliance dashboard to be published every quarter

1. Various Food safety trainings according to BRC requirement to all employees. 2 external trainings to all Quality staff. Fostac training mandatory. 2 BRC auditor training certifications.

2. RM specifications document control. Docket/Dossier preparation for all FG.
