Corporate TA Specialist/ TA Manager - American Oncology Institute

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
• Collaborate with HR team to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment portals.
• Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment on talent needs and business goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.

Data Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to present HR-related data to stakeholders.
• Use data insights to improve HR processes, optimize recruitment strategies, and enhance workforce planning.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve departmental goals and initiatives.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDBM or equivalent with a passion to build a career in the Human Resource function.

Strong experience in sourcing for Clinical and Corporate roles.

Collaborating with hiring managers to meet talent needs effectively. Strong stakeholder management.

Should have the ability to optimize recruitment strategies.

Competent in data analysis: Creating and maintaining various dashboards to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for strategic decision-making.
