Manager - Talent Acquisition (Non-IT) - Mfg domain

Location : Noida

Reporting To : HR Head

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment :
    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding for Non-IT roles.
    • Identify staffing requirements in consultation with department heads and align hiring plans accordingly.
  2. Sourcing Strategies :
    • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
    • Develop a robust talent pipeline for critical positions.
  3. Screening and Shortlisting :
    • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess fitment based on skills, experience, and organizational culture.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  4. Offer and Negotiation :
    • Prepare and extend offer letters while managing negotiations to ensure alignment with company policies.
    • Maintain a balance between candidate expectations and company budgets.
  5. Employer Branding :
    • Work on enhancing the organizations employer branding to attract top talent.
    • Organize and participate in recruitment events like career fairs and campus drives.
  6. Analytics and Reporting :
    • Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
    • Provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Stakeholder Management :
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide timely solutions.
  8. Compliance and Documentation :
    • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

  • Reduction in time-to-hire for critical roles.
  • Improvement in offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Development and maintenance of a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Implementation of cost-effective recruitment strategies.
