Job Description
- Scheduling, conducting assessments for all roles, especially managerial and leadership positions
- Manpower optimization at unit level as per the standard protocols and HR templates.
- Work closely with the TA Head in HR resource planning and ensure budgets are up-to date in all units
- Coordinating with concerned HODs to assess requirements. Assist the TA head in new role assessments and their alignment towards the business
- Consolidating recruitment and attrition analysis report across the units.
- Maintaining & analyzing manpower consultancy data.
- Suggest and explore new sources for associate talent acquisition.
- Applying and reviewing techniques involved in selection process. Work towards bringing a culture of BEI across the group
- Align strategies towards assisting the HR team in areas of HR automation, and ensuring the HRMS platform is up-to-date in terms of deliverability.
