Channel Development Manager - TA

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Development Manager specializing in tractor attachments and equipment.
Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (dealers, distributors) specializing in tractor attachments and equipment across designated regions.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives within the channel partner network.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, providing them with necessary support, training, and resources to promote and sell our products effectively.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in channel sales, channel management, or business development in the agricultural equipment industry, preferably with a focus on tractor attachments.
