Area Manager - Tractor Attachment

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Construction Equipment sector.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives within the assigned area.
Coach, mentor, and provide training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar senior sales role in the construction equipment industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
