Senior Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing and Sales Manager for Real Estate is responsible for identifying and securing new real estate acquisition opportunities and managing sales processes to drive revenue growth. This dual-role requires expertise in sourcing properties and negotiating with suppliers, as well as experience in sales strategies and client relationship management.

Role & responsibilities 1. Property Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and acquire real estate properties in line with the companys growth strategy.

• 2. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other relevant suppliers to source the best properties.
• 3. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, price points, and opportunities that align with business goals.
• 4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
• 5. Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support repeat business and customer loyalty.
• 6. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with both property suppliers and clients to secure favorable terms.
• 7. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• 8. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth transactions and project execution.
• 9. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sourcing and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
