Manager - Production

Production Management: Plan, oversee, and manage all aspects of the sole manufacturing process using EVA materials to meet production targets.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor strict quality control procedures to ensure products meet the company and industry standards.
• Process Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality output.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production team members to achieve set targets and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials for optimal production efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve technical and operational issues in the production line to minimize downtime.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production reports, document operational procedures, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the quality control, and supply chain teams to facilitate seamless production and timely delivery.

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Production Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus).

• 8-10 years of proven experience in EVA-based sole manufacturing or similar polymer-based production environments.

• Strong knowledge of EVA molding processes, machine operation, and maintenance.
