What are we looking for?
3-5 years experience in a technical support role 1+ years working in Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce or similar CRM in a B2B environment1+ year working email, chat or call support in a B2B environmentComfortable leveraging multiple tools to debug and troubleshootExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills and track record of working towards established KPIsProficiency in HTML5, Javascript and CSS3Proficient in use of G Suite software (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities: Strong analytical skills, with demonstrable experience working with large data sets to solve problems, leveraging platforms such as Excel or GsheetsProficient in Python Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player Ability to explain complex solutions in an easily digestible and engaging mannerExperience working with internal stakeholders and Sales teams. Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs); deep industry knowledge of attribution modeling for mobile app install advertising
