Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated D365 F&SCM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality, customized solutions that meet client business needs and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

D365 F&SCM Development :

- Develop, configure, and implement D365 F&SCM solutions across various modules, including but not limited to procurement, inventory management, production, and financial management.

Customization & Integration :

- Customize D365 F&SCM modules as per client requirements. Design and implement integrations between D365 F&SCM and third-party applications or systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and other developers to ensure the technical design and configuration aligns with business objectives. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Technical Documentation :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and developments within D365 F&SCM. Provide clear and concise documentation to support future development and troubleshooting efforts.

Data Migration & Management :

- Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to D365 F&SCM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the process.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit tests and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure solutions are delivered with minimal defects and meet performance standards.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

- Proven experience in developing solutions for at least one or more D365 F&SCM modules, such as Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management, or Finance.

- Strong experience in D365 F&SCM development, configuration, and deployment.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in D365 F&SCM development tools, including X++ and Visual Studio.

- Strong understanding of integration patterns (API, Web Services) and data management in D365 F&SCM.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and other Microsoft technologies.

- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with industry-specific solutions (e.g., retail, manufacturing, distribution).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).

- Experience in project management and business process analysis.
