Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MIS Process Improvement Manager to analyze,design, and implement efficient business processes while overseeing datamanagement and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a blend of expertise inprocess improvement, data analytics, and team management, with a focus onenhancing operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality compliancestandards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Manage a team of MIS/Data Analysts to develop and refine data models for analytics and reporting.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.

Design, build, and implement database models to support business requirements.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to highlight business trends and areas for improvement.

Strategic Leadership:

Align process improvement strategies with overall business and product goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for business operations, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.

Lead transformational programs involving process reengineering, analytics, and automation.

Ensure continuous monitoring and refinement of data management systems.

Reporting and Compliance:

Create repeatable, insightful reporting processes that identify business trends.

Support audits and inspections related to process compliance and data governance.

Meet assigned metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives.

Training and Change Management:

Train teams in Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, and other process improvement methodologies.

Lead change management initiatives for staff adaptation to new processes and automated systems.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing business processes for efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.

Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with the automation team to design solutions.

Lead process improvement projects, ensuring Lean and efficient processes across departments.

Create and present reports on process improvements.

Drive continuous operational improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Lead compliance-related activities, such as SOC2, PCI, PII, and GDPR certifications.

Conduct process risk assessments and cost-effectiveness analyses to eliminate inefficiencies.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in a relevant field; MBA/PMP.

12+ years of experience in process design, process improvement, and managing quality initiatives.

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification; Quality Management/Assurance Certifications (SOC controls preferred).

Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, VBA, and macros.

Proven experience with process reengineering, RPA tools, and transformational programs.

5-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with advanced analytical and visualization skills.

Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience interacting with US/UK clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
