Manager/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - NBFC (4-10 yrs)

Our client is a leading NBFC firm in India and looking to hire experienced talent acquisition professional with solid experience in NBFC or Retail lending sector.

Key responsibilities:

Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency Drive participation & completion of Learning programs, Employee Engagement surveys and partner with business units on creation & implementation of relevant action plans

Lead/contribute towards process improvement projects across various HR functions

Manage the onboarding of new joiners, aiding their assimilation into the new role

Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the Human resources policies, procedures and practices Handle employee grievances

Proactively analyze issues/trends (such as attrition, engagement scores etc.) and implement action plan to achieve the desired change/outco

Key criteria:

- Full time MBA degree.

- Excellent power point presentation skills and English communication skills
