Main projects - Proactive Alerts Campaign, Success Campaigns, Contact Management, External Success Communications Process Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Success Campaigns aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with marketing, Success and Support for consistent messaging.
Manage projects and ensure timely completion.
Foster a collaborative environment.
Build strong internal partnerships and maintain senior-level trust.
Manage foundational Success programs for the Customer Success team.
Create content for best practices and takeaways from program participants.
Manage communication timeline and execution for Digital Experience team
Act as a super-user for Customer Success systems like Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud and Pendo.
Manage reporting on key Customer Success Program initiatives.
Educate internal audiences on the program.
Experience 5-8+ years of Marketing Communications or Customer Success with background in SaaS.
Expertise in one or more digital/@scale communications channels.
Knowledge of Calix product and platform features, capabilities, and best use; ability to apply wide variety of concepts, practices and procedures.
Knowledge of Calix competitive landscape and technical ecosystem.
Strong project management and program delivery.
Working knowledge of the organization s products and ecosystem.
