Fresher - Sales & Marketing Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market penetration, and customer engagement. Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and manage the sales pipeline.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on sales metrics, campaign effectiveness, and market trends. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for marketing and sales initiatives.
