Client Support: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring they are well-informed about our services and processes.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments.
