What You’ll Do
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Act as a point of contact for employee relation issues, providing guidance on conflict resolutions, policy interpretation management etc.
Facilitate New hire onboarding
Manage the employee life cycle -from Onboarding to Offboarding
Suggest and Implement process improvements.
Develop and monitor overall HR policies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Drive performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Ensure and be the Time administrator for CAI India.
What You'll Need
6-8 Yrs of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
Excellent people management skills.
Analytical and goal-oriented approach.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Excellent Communication skills
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
