Associate Manager- HR(Plant)

Position description: Assist in smooth functioning of HR activities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inspection of salary, wages, overtime, bonus & attendance of all employees
• Ensure compliance of statutory returns such as PF, PT , ESIC, RC of contract labour etc in time
• Ensure availability of contract labour & regular interaction with contractors
• MIS with respect to gratuity, leaves , Personal Accident Policy
• Ensuring Pre-employment medical checkup & arranging yearly & half yearly medical check up
• Record & document attendance, overtime, leave, late coming, of all the employees & workmen on regular basis & prepare salary/wages accordingly in time.
• MIS with respect to wages , attrition , Administration
• Co-ordinate & conduct employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, R & R , implementing suggestion schemes
• Ensure to follow safety norms to achieve zero accidents
• Report any near miss /incident or any non compliance
• To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
• To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives
• Complete any other assignment given by the seniors
• Attendance, Billing & compliance with respect to contract labour
• Overseeing administration & housekeeping activities
• Skill gap assessment, preparing training calendar, coordinating trainings & MIS of training feedback forms
• Coordinating for interviews, induction of newly joined employees & other activities related to talent aquisition

Educational qualifications preferred

• Category: Master's Degree
• Field specialization: Human Resources Development
• Degree: Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Laws - LLM, Master in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations - PMIR
