God Knowledge of Operations i.e production, Warehouse, ETP , having good knowledge of GMP guidline for API industry.Production Management: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, batch records, and GMP guidelines. Monitor production yields, quality, and efficiency.
Warehouse Management: Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of raw materials, intermediates, and finished API products. Ensure proper inventory control and traceability.
ETP Operations: Supervise the operation and maintenance of the Effluent Treatment Plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
GMP Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted in strict accordance with GMP guidelines for API manufacturing. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in audits.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
