Research Associate

Knowledge of Synthesis , knowledge of chemical reaction , process batch as per R&D plan , knowledge of R&D phase batch.Synthesis: Design and execute multi-step organic syntheses, including literature searches, route selection, and reaction optimization.
Chemical Reactions: Perform a wide range of chemical reactions, including but not limited to: [List specific reaction types relevant to the role, e.g., Grignard reactions, Suzuki couplings, Wittig reactions, etc.]
R&D Batch Processing: Scale up successful reactions from laboratory scale to R&D batch scale, optimizing conditions for larger scale synthesis.
Reaction Optimization: Optimize reaction conditions to improve yield, purity, and efficiency.
Product Characterization: Characterize reaction products using various analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, Mass Spec, IR, UV-Vis). List specific techniques.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw conclusions and guide future research.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments, including reaction conditions, yields, and characterization data.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot reaction issues and develop solutions to overcome synthetic challenges.
Literature Review: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in organic synthesis through literature review.
