As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Icertis or Sirion. Youll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. This includes gathering requirements, creating documentation, configuring the CLM tool, and providing ongoing support. You will be responsible for optimizing and automating client contract management processes, ensuring the CLM solution aligns with their objectives and best practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are crucial, as you will interact directly with clients, troubleshoot issues, and conduct testing to ensure successful implementation and user satisfaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of CLM tools, with a focus on configuring and customizing the system to meet client requirements and objectives.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their contract management processes and workflows, and provide recommendations for optimizing and automating these processes within the CLM tool.
Gather and document requirements and responsible for creating Business Requirement document, Solution document, etc.
Create User stories and Test Cases based on the captured requirements, knowledge of Jira, Lucid chart or a similar tool Interact with customers on/ off-site to troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds by leveraging your troubleshooting skills
Assist in functional testing and support in conducting UAT and PROD deployment
Prior experience on technologies like Icertis, Sirion will be preferred
Participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients to capture their business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the CLM solution.
Support in configuring and customizing the CLM tool, including creating templates, workflows, and business rules, to align with client requirements and best practices.
Assist in conducting system testing to ensure the CLM solution meets quality standards and fulfills client expectations.
Requirements
Understanding of end-to-end Contract Lifecycle or Source to Pay cycle.
2-4 years of experience in implementing CLM tools, preferably Icertis, with a solid understanding of contract management processes.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing CLM tools to meet client requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively and internal stakeholders.
