Chief Human Resources Officer
Location: Kolkata, India
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the consulting industry or a related professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic HR plans that align with business goals.
- Proven ability to lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning: Design and implement robust talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
- Organizational Development: Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive employee relations environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote fair and consistent treatment of employees.
- Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the talent acquisition function, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment processes.
- Learning & Development: Oversee the design and delivery of effective training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support employee growth and development through coaching, mentoring, and other development opportunities.
- HR Operations & Technology: Oversee the efficient and effective operation of HR systems and processes.
- Leverage HR technology to streamline HR operations and improve data analytics capabilities.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage a performance management system that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives, provides regular feedback, and supports employee development.
- Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement: Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives to create a workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
- Promote a culture of belonging and inclusivity.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to gather data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions related to HR strategy and operations.
- Develop and report on key HR metrics.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing the HR function in a complex organization.
