Threat Intel Analyst

Performs moderately complex log reviews and forensic analysis to identify unauthorized or unacceptable access to data or systems - Monitoring and safeguarding the log sources and security access - Maintain security dashboards, Monitor for attacks, intrusions and unusual, unauthorized or illegal activity - Performs moderately complex log reviews and forensic analysis to identify unauthorized or unacceptable access to data or systems - Script writing for automating day-to-day tasks. - Conduct security assessment and root cause analysis of security incidents - Use advanced analytics tools to determine emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities - Completing all tactical security operations tasks associated with this engagement. - Analyze all the attacks and come up with remedial attack-analysis - Conduct detailed analysis of incidents and create reports and dashboards - Identify the security gaps - To explore different security technologies available in the market - Install, Build, Test, and Configure SIEM related systems - Develop, maintain, update and add new features to the existing XDR of the organization - Train other analysts in their roles and responsibilities - Comfortable in various programming languages such as C, Python - Should be comfortable in tweaking the source code of the open-source tools . - Should be able to learn/adapt new programming language quickly if required for the deployment or improvements. - Min. Bachelor degree and specialisation in Computer / IT or equivalent
