Manager - Projects

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Projects to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. 1. Project Planning and Execution - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments. - Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to established goals and deliverables. - Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met. - Lead project kick-off meetings and provide clear direction to project teams. 2. Stakeholder Management - Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular updates and addressing concerns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project delivery. 3. Risk and Issue Management - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. - Address project challenges proactively and implement corrective actions as required. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 4. Reporting and Documentation - Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and post-project evaluations to senior management. - Maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, contracts, and records of decisions. Engineer preferably in a field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in the field of IT/ITES Projects Development and Delivery to clients. Proficiency and working experience in all SDLC Phases and Methodologies. Proficient in Project management Tools like Microsoft - Projects, Asana, Wrike, etc. Excellent communication, leading teams, problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong research and documentation skills Experience working in an oriented, Collaborative environment. Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other key stakeholders.
