Position: International Recruiter Executive (Non-IT)

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated International Recruiter (Non-IT) with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for international roles across industries such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitality, Retail, BFSI, and more. This role requires strong networking skills, knowledge of global hiring trends, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify and attract international candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

International Hiring & Compliance:

  • Assist with visa processes and work permit requirements for different countries.
  • Ensure recruitment follows international labor laws and compliance guidelines.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term engagement.

Market Research & Reporting:

  • Stay updated on international recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry demand.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years in international recruitment (Non-IT industries).
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, MBA HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Technical Skills: Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.), and Microsoft Office.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Networking & Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional connections globally.

Preferred Skills:

🔹 Knowledge of hiring processes for international markets.
🔹 Familiarity with visa and immigration processes.
🔹 Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Flexible to work across different time zones when required.
