Job Description
- Proficient in various testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User-interface (GUI), Database, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Ad-hoc API Testing, and Performance Testing.
- Excellent in comprehensive end-to-end testing for all project deliverables as per the business needs. This involves creating detailed test plans, executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring that all issues are resolved before the project is delivered into production. Furthermore, enhance the support for weekend deployment wherever is essential.
- Perform Operational Readiness; ensuring teams running the business are fully engaged, trained, and prepared whilst ensuring the successful adoption of any changes or new solutions
- Clearly articulating the vision, changes, and benefits to all stakeholders and being flexible and responsive to changing circumstances and feedback.
- Working effectively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Using feedback and data to make ongoing adjustments and improvements
- Exposure to Agile methodologies & practices including Jira
- Preferred certifications include ISTQB and CSM
- Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 8+ years of total work experience preferred in Trade Finance domain.
- Experience in trade finance operations, including letters of credit, documentary collections, Standby LC and trade loans.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in SWIFT operations, including message processing and system monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and protocols.
