Business Manager- Business Enterprise

Job Purpose Statement

To develop SME Auto Ancillary & Food and Agri business in assigned geography, and also monitoring of entire portfolio assigned.

To enhance / build the overall AUM of SME book in MMFSL volume

Duties & Responsibilities

• New Business & Product Development

1. Analyze the market trend for products development and do market research.

2. Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.

3. Meeting new customers / Dealers for sourcing, assistance in business development activities.

4. To establish strong marketing channels in the assigned territory

5. Develop suitable products for new business opportunities for Bill discounting & Term Loans

6. Hand hold / Develop the downline sales force for business growth.

• Credit Assessment

1. Understand credit analysis, Personal discussion with client for business understanding. Co-ordinate for credit risk assessment.

• Operations & Monitoring

1. Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.

2. Post-disbursement monitoring, Company performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality

3. Relationship management with the client / dealers.

4. Ensure collection of dues from the customers and also to help and monitor the payment from the company

Decision Making Authority

• Decisions made alone

1. Customer visits, Proposal structuring, business development

• Consultation

1. Proposal structuring, Approval & Rejection of the cases, New products

• Referred to the higher level

Sanction of the cases, suggestions for creation/modification of credit and risk policies as per market feedback and trends.

Job Requirements

Engineering background with an MBA degree is preferable with experience in Business development/credit of 3-5 years. For other than Engineering background, experience of more than 5-7 years
