Job Description

Pine Labs is undergoing significant growth and its teams are evolving. The company is transforming to become a software provider that enables payments and digitizes merchant stores. In addition, Pine Labs is increasing the pace of growth by expanding into new geographies, acquisitions, and new products. As the company undergoes this transformation and continues its impressive growth journey, it is seeking to hire an Enterprise Solution Manager to lead the business development for the overall payments product portfolios in the Enterprise/Corporate market segment of


The candidate must bring significant ambition, drive, and an entrepreneurial bent of mind to the organization that enables business growth. They should be comfortable operating in a high-growth, multicultural organization with a rapidly expanding geographical footprint.


The candidate should be dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial to build Enterprise/Corporate market expansion in the city.


KEY RELATIONSHIPS


Reports to: Zonal Manage


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Create and Execute A Strategic Roadmap for the Enterprise Sales Function
  • Identify key customer requirements to align various offerings of the organization suitably at scale
  • Acquire and Retain new and existing accounts respectively
  • Strong Relationship Management to ensure high satisfaction and retention of clients
  • Engage with internal teams to streamline processes and drive innovation
  • Keep oneself updated on the latest developments in Fintech, Regulatory Environment, Overall Business Trends

  • Pursue Large Corporate Accounts who are market leaders
  • Identify and convert opportunities through thorough analysis and market sensing
  • Consistent Achievement & Ownership of individual and team sales targets overall and within accounts, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the same
  • Work internally to improve overall satisfaction of the clients

We are looking for someone with:


  • MBA/PGDM with B Tech/ Engineering. Having 4 to 12 years plus of solution sales experience. While Engineering background is not a must, but would be desirable.

  • Preferred Industries: Fintech/Payments, SaaS, Telecom, IT Services, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services and Startups.

Strong Academic Pedigree


  • MBA/ PGDM / Graduate Engineer from Tier 1 universities for Management Trainee Profiles.

  • Strong influencing ability along with robust communication skills verbal and written
