Job Description
- Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
- Data Integration Transformation: Connect to multiple data sources, including SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and transform data using Power Query.
- Data Modeling DAX: Create and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M Language) to ensure performance and accuracy.
- Pivot Tables Data Analysis: Leverage Pivot Tables and advanced analytical functions to summarize and visualize data effectively.
- Requirement Gathering Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure efficient query execution and improve Power BI report responsiveness.
- Documentation Best Practices: Maintain clear documentation of reports, data sources, and development workflows.
What your background should look like:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including DAX and Power Query.
- Full time bachelors degree in BE / BTech (Mechanical / Industrial Production Background is a Plus)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying.
- Expertise in Pivot Tables for data summarization and analysis.
- Basic Knowledge on AWS platform, Amazon Redshift Servers, Data Warehouse, Database etc.
- Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.
