Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Sales Strategy -

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the salon division's business.
• Identify potential clients, such as salon owners, beauty professionals, or distributors.
• Achieve revenue targets and expand the division's market share.

 2. Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the salon industry.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand.

3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain relationships with salon owners, franchisees, and partners.
• Engage in client presentations and negotiations to close deals.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and resolving issues promptly.

4. Product Knowledge and Training

• Stay updated on the salon divisions products or services, such as haircare, skincare, or professional tools.
• Train and educate salon professionals on the benefits and usage of the products.
• Act as a product ambassador at industry events, workshops, or trade shows.

5. Monitoring Performance

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, client retention, and new business acquisition.
• Prepare and present reports on the division's performance to senior management.
• Develop action plans to address gaps in achieving targets.
