About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong marketing background to drive partnerships and sales efforts for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Foundation.
- This role involves building relationships with NGOs and corporates, identifying CSR opportunities, and pitching products/services aligned with CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop partnerships with NGOs and CSR-focused corporates. Analyze potential markets to create strategic approaches for product sales targeting CSR initiatives. Build a pipeline of CSR-focused projects to support organizational growth.
- Marketing Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the CSR and NGO sectors. Prepare compelling marketing collateral and proposals for clients and stakeholders. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums.
- CSR & NGO Networking: Maintain and expand a network of NGOs, corporates, and CSR professionals. Collaborate with internal teams to design projects that meet the dual goals of social impact and revenue generation. Stay updated on government CSR policies and guidelines to align strategies with legal requirements.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Pitch and sell products or services to corporates for integration into their CSR initiatives. Achieve revenue targets by closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. Track and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and enhance performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and effective communication. Collaborate with NGOs and corporates to implement impactful CSR projects. Address client queries and provide post-sale support to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably within the CSR or NGO sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and forging strategic partnerships.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of CSR compliance and NGO ecosystems. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently. Proficient in market research, proposal writing, and data analysis.
