Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT staffing, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct interviews with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT staffing to continuously improve services.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or related field (BDM).
  
• Strong knowledge of IT staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
