The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate should be focused, possess strong communication skills, and be able to think critically when making plans. They must have a demonstrated ability to execute business strategies effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in IT Sales.
- Define customer requirements from both a business and technology perspective.
- Hands-on experience working with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Topcoder.
- Familiarity with different pricing and engagement models.
- Proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, and Requirement Gathering.
- New Business Development for Web Development, Mobile Apps, & Digital Marketing.
- Lead generation, exploring new market strategies, and establishing agents in foreign countries.
- Prospect for new clients through online portals, networking, cold calling, and advertising.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company practice leaders/Principals.
- Participate in pricing solutions/services.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working towards a positive conclusion.
- Provide business development training and mentoring to business developers and internal staff.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the companys capabilities.
- Strong technical expertise in various lead generation tools.
- Experience in preparing business proposals.
- Work with the team to understand client needs and respond effectively to achieve business goals.
- Strong analytical, technical, sales & marketing fundamentals with good negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with experience in dealing with foreign clients.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
